Method note

What this quiz can—and cannot—tell you

The scoring uses publicly documented plan prices, included users, and feature placement. It favors Jobber when a solo owner prioritizes the lowest public entry price and core quote-to-payment work. It favors Housecall Pro when the owner places more weight on price book, job costing, or review management in the entry plan.

It cannot measure reliability, support quality, ease of use, or fit with your exact process because Home Service Operator Guide has not performed a hands-on product test. When the score is close, the honest result is to trial both products with the same job.
